UK Delivery

We offer fast and secure delivery across the UK and Northern Ireland. You can place your order online, by email, or over the phone, and once we receive it, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
After your order is dispatched, you’ll also get an email from our courier with an estimated delivery date.
We aim to ship your order within 2-3 working days, though there might be slight delays during busy times like holidays. 
We make sure your items are well-protected, carefully packing everything in sturdy boxes with extra padding to keep it safe.
Prefer to collect your order in person? No problem! Just email us at info@woodolex.com, and we can arrange that for you.

European Delivery

We can ship your order to any European country. To get a delivery estimate, email us at info@woodolex.com with the following details:

• Your full name (for the invoice)
• Contact number
• The product(s) you want and how many
• Delivery address

Once we have these details, we’ll check the shipping costs with our courier and get back to you with a quote.
If you’re ordering under a company name, we’ll also need:

• The company name and address
• EORI number (Economic Operators Registration and Identification)
• VAT number (if applicable)

International Delivery

We’re happy to deliver our products worldwide! For an international shipping quote, please email us at info@woodolex.com and include the following details:

• Your full name (for the invoice)
• Contact number
• The product(s) you want and how many
• Delivery address

We’ll work with our courier to provide you with a shipping estimate.
If you’re ordering under a company name, we’ll also need:

• The company name and address
